Skin Sizes - Overview
Foxes and minks are measured by international standards.
Mink Skins
The mink skins are measured from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail. In case the mink is slightly damaged you measure to the nearest point of full skin width. After the dressing, the minks can be slightly smaller, as they may shrink during the dressing process a little bit. There is a size difference between male and female minks.

Fox Skins
The fox skins are measured from the tip of the nose to the foot of the tail. In case the fox is slightly damaged you measure to the nearest point of full skin width. After the dressing, the fox skins can be slightly smaller, as they may shrink during the dressing process a little bit. There is no difference in size between male foxes and female foxes.
