Cancellation

Please take note of the following consumer advice, which applies for your order at www.easyfur.com

Right of cancellation:
You may cancel any contract for goods at any time and without giving any reason up to the expiry of 30 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you who is not the delivery carrier have/has taken possession of the goods (or in the case of a contract for multiple items which are delivered separately, possession of the last item), (the "Cancellation Period").

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax, phone or an email) sent to:

You can use the enclosed model withdrawal form, but this is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation communication before the cancellation period has expired. Consequences of right of withdrawal:

If you cancel a contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest favorable standard delivery offered by us), within a period of 14 days from the date on which the notice of cancellation of this contract has been received by us. For the refund we will use the same payment method that you have used in the original transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you have to pay refund fees. We can refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have returned the goods to us, whichever is the earlier date, you need to return the goods immediately and in any case at the latest within 14 days (To: Lars Paustian - International Furs, Sophienblatt 63, 24114 Kiel, Germany) on the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of 14 days. We bear the costs of a return delivery. The consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to the handling of the goods which is not necessary to check the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

End of right of cancellation

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal:
No right of withdrawal if the supply of goods were manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. tailor-made, produced according to your individual request and measurement). Under current law, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts on the delivery of goods, which are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal requirements. As of 13 June 2014, this exemption is subject to the right of withdrawal in Section § 312g Abs. 1 Nr. 1 BGB.
